A few years ago, I burned out. I was building a career in finance, moving fast and pushing through, and ignoring every signal my body was sending me.

Then the signals got louder. Hormonal imbalances and PCOS. Gut issues and food intolerances. Hormonal acne that nothing seemed to fix. On paper I was succeeding. In my body, I was running on empty.

Instead of treating each symptom on its own, I started looking at the whole system: sleep, food, stress, my nervous system, and the beliefs that kept me in survival mode. Step by step, I healed naturally and rebuilt my health from the ground up.

Health isn't a side project to success. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

That experience is why I do this work. I know what it feels like to search for the right answers, the right experts and the right support. Today I build the ecosystems that bring those together, so more people can find them before they hit their own wall.
